		Andy Caldwell Obsession

With so many years of making sun drenched groovy house Andy Caldwell steps out of the light and turns a new leaf by jumping into the studio to kick out some dark and deeper shades of uplifting electronic. The sounds are a bit more progressive and geared for the big room clubs with some electro melodies to boot. It would seem this transition is a formula for disaster in my opinion as those who follow seem to drift back and draw on the pasts real styles of music. Even with the aid of top notch accompanying artists such as Mr. V, Storm Lee, Femke, Mr. J. Madeiros & Alexander Skye things don’t get any better. The walk of shame begins with ’All I Want is You’. The trance slow dance begs for a beating and before the vocal even hits you know you’re about to curl up into a ball. Considering Andy Caldwell dropped this on his own label Uno Recordings that he might have some respect for himself but it seems to have gone away with his usual array of finely crafted house music.
