Winnipeg's Mood Ruff drop their finest work to date on their Slo Coach Recordings/Urbnet/EMI-distributed debut Antarctica (Cold Cold World EP). Guest production from the likes of da Grassroots and Kemo from the Rascalz may have forced the production up a notch, but even the club jams have more depth.
