KOYTO is an MC and Producer from the City of Valencia in Spain, his Hip Hop production career has spanned a decade. Heavily known for his remix work and mixtapes, his January 2010 release called "Forth and Back" garnered him international attention. The mixtape which was downloaded over 3,000 times within its first week of release featured the participation of many artists including Declaime, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Braille, Aloe Blacc, Tableek, Tenacity, Green Jade, Masia One, Adam Tensta, Looptroop Rockers and TOX among others. The follow up release entitled "Forth and Back Vol. 2" featured collaborations from a more international roster of Hip Hop MCs including N’Dambi, Phil Da Agony, Sabotawj, Wildelux, 1773, Mouf Warren, Kohndo and many others. KOYTO recently dropped the release "Aloe Blacc - Bootleg Through EP (KOYTO REMIX)" which contained four remixes, along with instrumental version, from Aloe Blacc’s album "Shine of Through" and a lost tapes, under the vision of KOYTO in the production.
Now with a new distribution deal with URBNET, KOYTO presents his latest production with a release called "Dr. Shrooman aka Black Triper", the new album of Dudley Perkins aka Declaime. This new album shows his great love of Mother Earth and of course nature in the form of weed. The album features vocal collaborations from MED and Georgia Anne Muldrow.
KOYTO looks forward to a busy 2011 while preparing several upcoming projects with artists including Shabaam Shadeeq, Hezekhia, Phil The Agony, Nametag, Kazi, Sabotawj, GreenJade and more to be announced.
